EXCELLENT Based on 5 reviews samf1532017-06-07 Absolutely the perfect way to travel Scotland Adventure Wagons helped ensure we had a magnificent time travelling Scotland. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful, taking the time to ensure any questions were answered. Our van was impeccable and extremely comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our trip. For two people travelling longer than a week I might suggest their larger vans. I'm still appreciative to have found Adventure Wagons, as I nearly hired a van from another more expensive and less friendly company. Thanks again for ensuring we had a perfect journey! Xavier P2017-04-21 Great service and well equiped camper with pick-up time flexibility We hired the van for the easter holidays for four nights. Our flight was arriving early morning in Edinburgh airport. We needed an early pick-up however most of the companies offer that starting around 15h PM. After contact Nikki & Gary they were promptly flexible and offered us an early and easy pick-up from the airport itself. The van is well equiped and has everything you need to enjoy your road trip to the very last detail. For example we were expecting the basic ones like navigation system and the heating but we were not expecting other small but useful ones (like car smartphone charger, multiple gas stove cartridges, travel guides, or even champu). You can feel Nikki & Gary like their job and take good care of everything so you can just relax and enjoy! Last but not least when you rent a van there were not extra hidden costs. Everything clear, simple an easy. Donough M2017-03-07 Fantastic first time campervan experience We rented the VW Caddy for a 4 day trip on the NC500 route! What a fantastic hassle free experience. Nikki and Gary were extremely helpful from everything to the pickup to some advice re:places to see and things to do. They are experienced and knowledgable and the camper van was kitted out amazingly! A lot of time and effort is put in by them ensuring that every base is covered and their customers get maximum benefits of renting with them. We were extremely inexperienced campers/campervanners however they showed us exactly how everything worked. There was a heater and fridge inside which was fantastic, no stressing re:being cold with a heater that runs on a separate battery when the car is off. No issues at all and would definitely hire again. segill2016-09-23 Great small campervan, hassle-free rental Hired for 3 nights in September and had a great trip up to Glencoe. Rental arrangements were no trouble, we booked online and made detailed arrangements by email. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We rented the Caddy as we figured we'd mainly eat out (except for breakfast) so didn't need a full on kitchen. We found the van was well stocked with all the little things you might need like a bin bag, loo roll, lighter for the camping stove, bowls/cutlery, water carrier etc. We had no trouble with the van, or anything in it, and everything was clean and in good working order. The bed was pretty comfy (although it was our first campervan trip and took us a few nights to get used to it), and it was widelong enough for us (6'1" tallest person), maybe not ideal if you're 6'6" unless your travel partner is very small! Good curtains and windscreen cover cut out light well. Roof box was really useful for throwing all the muddy boots etc into, although there's room inside on front seats for your bags overnight, and there's a few places inside to stash things as well. I think we got about 43 mpg overall, so it was pretty economical, we only had to fill up the tank when we returned the van. Overall it was a great experience, and we'll definitely rent again from Adventure Wagons, maybe we'll try them all out. Mj F2016-03-25 Great experience!!!!!
